As soon as your purchase completes, your ticket number(s) are shown on the confirmation page and emailed to the address you entered at checkout. First, check your SPAM/JUNK folder. If it isn’t there, send us a message using the form below with the name and email address used at purchase and we’ll resend your ticket numbers.

Your ticket number(s) appear on the order confirmation page immediately after purchase, and in your email receipt.

The issue more times than not is that your credit card issuer declined the charge because they classified it as suspicious. Call the card issuer at the phone number printed on the back of the card and explain what you are trying to purchase. Most of the time this will fix the issue.

Winners announced: November 12, 2026. The list of winners will be posted on the website, and an email listing the winners will be sent to every 2026 ticket purchaser.

No – you don’t have to be a Tennessee resident to enter or to win. We’ve had winners from outside Tennessee in past years.

One important note: raffle laws vary from state to state, and a few states restrict or don’t permit participation in online charitable raffles. Because those laws differ (and can change), we’re not able to provide a list of eligible states or advise on the rules where you live — that would count as legal advice. Before entering, we’d simply recommend a quick check of your own state’s rules on charitable raffle participation to make sure you’re good to go.
