TWRF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 1999 to support the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (“TWRA”) and promote habitat conservation, responsible land stewardship, and the preservation of Tennessee’s hunting and fishing heritage. This policy is intended to comply with applicable Tennessee law.

• Contact and Identification Information: Your name and email address, which may be collected when you purchase raffle tickets online or if you are selected as a potential winner. Only one eligible individual may be entered per ticket.

• Mobile Phone Numbers: If you choose to provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive SMS messages from us.
• Winner Verification Information: If you are selected as a potential winner in a raffle, we will require additional information such as a copy of a valid driver’s license or other valid identification, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and a fully completed and signed W-9 tax form.
• Likeness and City of Residence: If you are a winner, your likeness and resident city may be used for publicity purposes.

• Processing tax forms for winners, as TWRF will issue an IRS Form W2-G if required by applicable law.

• Using the names, resident cities, and/or likenesses of winners for publicity purposes, including disclosure to news media and publication on the TWRF or TWRA website.

• We may disclose the names and resident cities of prize winners to the news media and publish them on the TWRF or TWRA website.
• We may use the likenesses of prize winners for publicity purposes.
